About me

Hey there, I’m Tetsu, from Osaka, Japan! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been all about sports, especially baseball and handball back in my school days. When I hit university, I got hooked on weight training, and before I knew it, I was hitting the stage in bodybuilding competitions just two years later!

Then, I packed my bags and headed to Canada for a couple of years to dive deeper into the world of fitness and health. Now, you can find me hustling as a full-time personal trainer in downtown Toronto, helping my clients smash their fitness goals left and right.

And guess what? The journey doesn’t stop there! I’m still on a mission to get stronger and better every single day, all while promoting a kick-ass, pain-free lifestyle for myself and my awesome clients.

"From beginners who are new to exercising to advanced individuals striving for better performance, I aim to enhance your fitness journey by sharing my knowledge and experience as a full-time personal trainer. As someone who also strives to improve every day."
